Our scallops (Placopecten Magellanicus) are from the brand Ocean Choice. The Canadian scallop is also known as a coquille. Scallops are harvested in the icy waters of the North Atlantic. To ensure the highest quality and best possible flavour, the scallops are shucked by hand and frozen within 45 minutes of being caught.
Our scallops are available frozen.
Our scallops are completely natural. When they are cooked, scallops retain their moisture and thereby their size and flavour. These scallops are MSC certified. More information on our product range can be found below.
