HARES MAINLY FEED ON GRASSES AND HERBS

We import hare from Argentina, where the hares can live freely on the vast plains.

Hares mainly feed on grasses and herbs, with a preference for wild herbs. They also eat bark, mushrooms and fruits such as apples and berries.

The back is the best part of the hare and can easily and quickly be prepared, within 15 to 20 minutes. As hare meat can get quite dry, the back and hind legs are sometimes covered with lard or bacon.
