Our Iberian pork comes from the Iberian Peninsula. We have partnerships with two brands: El Pozo, and Calderón y Ramos. The Iberian climate is very important when it comes to the flavour of Ibérico pork. The short, hot summers and long, cold winters make it possible to dry the meat in a unique way. The pigs’ diet consists largely of acorns, otherwise they eat whatever they can find.

Calderón y Ramos Guijuelo is the land of the Iberian tradition, located at the foot of the ‘Sierra de Gredos’, at more than 1000 m above sea level, surrounded by cold winds, ancient oak and cork trees. Calderón and Ramos aims to keep this tradition alive.
Of this brand, we offer frozen products.
After the pigs are bred, they are raised on farms that are certified and inspected by an independent organisation. The farm fattens them additionally with compound feed. The food and habitat of the Ibérico pigs comply with all regulatory requirements, which the Spanish government strictly monitors annually.
"Because the Ibérico pigs live under protection on the Iberian Peninsula, the meat is of premium quality. I can tell you more about the cuts we sell!"
