Warrendale Wagyu stands for exceptional British Wagyu beef, produced with passion, craftsmanship, and a focus on animal welfare. Since 2017, we have been working with the best British farmers to deliver a consistently high-quality product, excelling in flavor, marbling, and tenderness. Our cattle grow slowly on grass and are then transitioned onto a carefully formulated diet to achieve perfect quality.
At Warrendale Wagyu, everything revolves around quality and sustainability. Our Wagyu F1 crosses, a combination of fullblood Wagyu and selected dairy cows, are raised in a natural, grass-based system. This slow growth process ensures the meat becomes exceptionally tender, with rich flavor and a unique texture. We work exclusively with British farmers who share our goal: producing a premium product in a responsible way.
A distinguishing feature of Warrendale Wagyu is our use of Japanese MJI technology (Marbling Judging Instrument). With these advanced cameras, we can individually assess each animal for marbling and quality. This guarantees a consistently high level of tenderness and flavor, something few other producers can offer. It makes our Wagyu not only exceptionally tasty but also reliable and fully traceable.
From selecting the best cattle to carefully feeding, processing, and packing the beef, we manage every step of the production process. Our Wagyu is traditionally aged, first “hip-hung” and then vacuum packed or dry aged on request, enhancing both flavor and tenderness. Thanks to our collaboration with specialized processors and the strict standards of the British Wagyu Association, customers can always rely on top-quality beef with authentic British Wagyu character.
I’m happy to tell you all about our Wagyu range. I have personally visited our farmers and suppliers, so I know exactly how our beef is produced and aged. Our team is always ready to help you make the best choice!
