Production worker

The position:

As a production worker, you are the link in the production process. This can be on the production side or in the packaging department. Your duties will consist of portioning, marinating, and packaging various meat products, including beef, lamb, poultry, venison, and vegetarian options. We have all kinds of luxury meats in our range. Together with a team of around 10 to 25 people, you will ensure that all orders are completed on time. Your working days are Monday to Friday from 5:00 a.m. to around 3:00 p.m. (depending on how busy it is). During busy periods, we also work on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

About you:

• You have an MBO level of working and thinking;
• Your Dutch is perfect in both spoken and written form;
• Your English is perfect in both spoken and written form (requirement);
• Proficiency in Polish is an advantage;
• You are a good team player;
• You work between 5:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (flexible hours on busy days)
• You have a flexible attitude with regard to working days and hours;
• You can work well in a low-temperature working environment;
• You are familiar with food safety and hygiene regulations;
• You have an affinity with food. If you have already worked in the meat sector, that is an advantage;
• You are stress-resistant and good at keeping track of things;
• Technical insight and knowledge of machines is an advantage.

• Salary indication between €2,505 and €2,813 gross per month, depending on your age, knowledge, and experience;
