Our soft shell crab (Scylla Serrata) comes from Bangladesh and is produced in aquaculture. We import the crabs directly under our own label Lumar Orient. The soft shell crab is harvested when it changes its shell. As the shell is missing at this time, the crab can be consumed as a whole.
