Luiten Food – Thomas Foods Europe imports its Organic chicken from western France, from the Vendee and Pays de la Loire regions. Among other things, this slow-growing chicken is given more living space than other chickens, has natural daylight in the coop and has the opportunity to scratch around outside, in a free-range area. The main difference with the Dutch and Belgian Organic chicken is that it lives a minimum of 81 days, rather than 70 days. The Organic chicken is fed 100% vegetable-based feed. The Organic chicken is SKAL-certified and complies with European regulations.
The Organic chicken is available fresh as a whole and in parts.
