We are proud to include beef of the Australian brand Angus Pure in our product selection, raised at the farms of Thomas Foods in Australia. Thomas Foods International has the exclusive rights to supply Angus Pure grass-fed and grain-fed beef. Angus Pure cattle are raised in the lush grazing regions of Southern Australia, and are antibiotic and growth hormone free.
Grain-fed is available in fresh and frozen.
The Angus cattle come from farms that have specialised in breeding high-quality Angus cattle for generations. All the Angus farms are located in southern Australia, from the Clare Valley region to the Limestone Coast. Thanks to the temperate climate, clean air and vast grasslands, this is one of the best regions in the world to raise Angus cattle.
Previously, this group of Angus farmers operated under a joint brand called Certified Australian Angus Beef (CAAB). A brand which is highly regarded in Australia and has won many awards for its superior quality. It is no surprise than that tenderness, juiciness, flavour experience and marbling are the core characteristics of this piece of meat, now sold as Angus Pure! We receive fresh Australian beef every week!
