Anuga has existed since 1919 and takes place every two years in Cologne. The event is an inspiring meeting place where future trends are recognised, valuable contacts are made and innovative ideas come to life. A theme is attached to each edition of the fair and this year it is sustainable growth. Thus, the tension between economic growth and sustainability in the food sector will be discussed. With the theme; sustainable growth, Anuga emphasises the industry’s commitment and solutions with regard to environmental and climate-related components.
