We are looking for you! – Account Manager Germany (Full-Time: 40 hours)

Are you a professional salesperson? Are you commercial and sociable by nature? Do you get energy from satisfied customers and sales success? Then we are looking for you!

THE FUNCTION

  • You maintain independent and active contact with existing customers and discuss new opportunities. You translate the customer’s wishes to your colleagues in the office, where your experienced colleague account manager is your sparring partner;
  • Acquisition of new customers. Here you work independently and creatively;
  • The content of your day is often determined by daily business and its speed;
  • Many contacts are by phone and no day is like another;
  • In addition, you regularly visit trade fairs and (potential) customers;
  • Your information on the market, trends and developments is always up-to-date, so you can respond adequately to changes in supply and prices.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have an HBO working and thinking level;
  • You are customer- and result-oriented;
  • You have demonstrable experience in the sales profession and also in cold acquisition;
  • You see cold acquisition as an opportunity not an obstacle;
  • You are able to formulate and achieve commercial targets in terms of product range, volume, margin and turnover;
  • You have knowledge of the German language;
  • You are stress-resistant and can change gear quickly;
  • You have an affinity with food. If you have already worked in the meat sector, that is an advantage;
  • No 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. mentality.

  • Salary indication between € 2,500 to € 4,500 for full-time employment, depending on age and experience;
