A TRADITION FROM THE IBERIAN PENINSULA<\/h2>\n

Our Iberian pork comes from the Iberian Peninsula. We have partnerships with two brands: El Pozo, and Calder\u00f3n y Ramos. The Iberian climate is very important when it comes to the flavour of Ib\u00e9rico pork. The short, hot summers and long, cold winters make it possible to dry the meat in a unique way. The pigs’ diet consists largely of acorns, otherwise they eat whatever they can find.<\/p>\n

What makes Ib\u00e9rico pork so unique, is that these pigs only live in Spain, on the Iberian Peninsula.
